Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Business Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our business services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Applies accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities
  • Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
  • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
  • Recruits Veterans and other candidates with military experience through targeted hiring initiatives
  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
  • Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination
  • Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities
Working Conditions:
