Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Chettinad Dosa Palace is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present menus to patrons and make recommendations on food and beverage options
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform sensory evaluation of wines and make recommendations to customers
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
