We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Specialist to join our team at HALL TREE FARMS. In this role, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, as well as weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fertilization and Plant Care: Apply fertilizers to ensure the health and growth of our crops
  • Grounds Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens on a regular basis
  • Weeding and Pruning: Remove weeds and prune trees and plants to maintain their appearance and promote healthy growth

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, cut grass, cart and spread topsoil and other materials, rake and collect refuse, and operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, with the possibility of overtime pay. This is a seasonal position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours of work per week.
