NDR Lighting, a leading manufacturer of high-quality lighting products, is seeking a skilled Associate Product Manager to contribute to its growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the product development team to design and launch innovative LED solutions.
  2. Work closely with engineers in China to develop new projects and ensure timely delivery.
  3. Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the product development process.
  4. Manage and maintain product files, including drawings, catalogs, pricing, testing results, and reports.
  5. Partner with the Product Manager and Marketing team to create product literature, packaging, and marketing materials.
  6. Communicate project timelines effectively and participate in sales presentations and customer service training.
  7. Conduct competitive research analysis to provide valuable insights for the sales team.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations for customer and management meetings.
  9. Assist with special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  1. 1-3 years of experience in product management or project coordination.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French and Mandarin are assets).
  3. Ability to learn quickly and become a subject matter expert in a rapidly changing market.
  4. Bachelor's degree (Business is an asset).
  5. Technical background in construction, engineering, or industrial design is an asset.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  7. Experience with Adobe, CAD, and Solid Works is an asset.
  8. Background in lighting products, electrical products, or SMART products is an asset.

Compensation and title are commensurate with experience.
