About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Drill Operator to join our team at Hall Constructors. As a key member of our excavation team, you will be responsible for operating a 3800 top hammer Gardner Denver Air Track drill in a variety of ground conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a 3800 top hammer Gardner Denver Air Track drill in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform pre-inspection checklists to ensure drill maintenance and safety
  • Adhere to Hall's health and safety program and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Experience operating a 3800 top hammer Gardner Denver Air Track drill
  • Drilling experience in various ground conditions (sandstone, till, pit run, etc.)
  • Experience drilling with hollow core anchors (IBO)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a positive team environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Operational experience with a shotcrete pump
  • Drilling experience operating a 3800 Gardner Denver air track
  • Grouting experience
  • Thorough understanding of shoring & site drawings
