Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Alpine is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a group of sites within a territory, managing subcontractors, and ensuring the scope of work is completed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of subcontractors to ensure the scope of work is completed
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with Alpine standards
  • Liaise with clients to ensure performance standards are met and complaints are addressed
  • Manage and coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure scheduled hours and actual hours are in line with budget
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience with janitorial equipment and management
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other programs to produce reports and trends
  • Ability to travel on an active schedule and be available for immediate issues
Working Conditions:

The Operations Supervisor will require flexibility in shift times and must be fully vaccinated. Frequent travel within a geographic region is required.
