Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
