Job Summary

As a Dairy Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety in the dairy and frozen food department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zones the department to ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.
  • Rotates stock and checks for expired products to prevent inventory waste and maintain customer trust.
  • Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and maintain accuracy.
  • Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent errors.
  • Maintains features and keeps the area neat, clean, and organized to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
