Technical Expertise Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Expert to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a Technical Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology developments and advancements
  • Translate technical language and concepts for people with varying technical abilities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company objectives
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of technology and a willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A+ Certification with the ability to work on PC computers
  • Current and applicable Apple Certification (ACMT, ACiT), familiarity with Apple Service Metrics (PSP, CSAT, ACSE) and proven user experience in MacOs Operating Systems
