Culinary Expert

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to lead our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily kitchen activities, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to Subway's recipes and standards.
• Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ordering necessary materials as required.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Subway's health and safety policies.

• Education: College diploma or equivalent in culinary arts or related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Skillset: Strong cooking skills, ability to multitask, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
