We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Revitalize Marketing Inc. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records, including journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
