Program Mentor for STEM Education

Purpose:
York University's Lassonde School of Engineering is seeking a Program Mentor to support the planning and delivery of STEM programming for students in Kindergarten to Grade 12. The successful candidate will design and facilitate hands-on STEM activities, and deliver high-quality mentorship in the Bringing STEM to Life: Work-Integrated Learning Programs.

Requirements:
Current or recent undergraduate student with a focus in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) programs of study. Experience working with youth and previous experience in a research lab is an asset.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor others towards learning new knowledge, provide instruction and support in developing skills, and demonstrate responsible and professional conduct. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google G Suite.
