Clinic Assistant Job Description
At Canada Inc., we are seeking a skilled Clinic Assistant to join our team. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow through on treatment programs with patients, ensuring their needs are met and their health is prioritized.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prescription records, adhering to confidentiality and security protocols.
- Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Process claims, such as health insurance or workers' compensation, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing, to support the smooth operation of our clinic.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
