Rehabilitation Professional

Interior Health Authority is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs, assisting therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients' progression. This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the rehabilitation journey of patients.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate within a client-centered approach and work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Engage patients through regular therapeutic interventions, promoting physical and emotional well-being
• Provide support and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers, empowering them to take an active role in the rehabilitation process
Requirements
• Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program
• Valid Driver's License required for travel between facilities

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
