Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy in Barrhead, Alberta. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and directing the activities of food service staff, ensuring the highest quality of food and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct food service staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Address customer complaints or concerns.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in the food services industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Tim Horton's products and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school certificate or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including motivating, delegation, conflict management, respect for others, and listening.
- Professional attitude and ability to communicate well with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
