Meglab inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Malartic, responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of goods within and outside our facility.

About the Role:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as forklifts and other equipment to load and unload trailers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Loading and Unloading: Safely loading and unloading goods from trucks and trailers using forklifts and other equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and shipping orders, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Forklift Operation: Operating forklifts and other handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring good physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Class 5 driver's license
  • Good physical ability to perform tasks in a warehouse environment
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A Forklift permit (asset)
  • Proficiency in using an inventory management computer system

Working Conditions:

This position requires working in a warehouse environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Earn Competitive Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
