Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team at RONA. As a key member of our receiving and returns team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process all product deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely receipt of merchandise.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries and shipments, authorizing unscheduled deliveries as needed.
  • Verify the accuracy and integrity of received inventory and related documentation.
  • Complete Return to Vendor (RTV) duties, communicating with vendors as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other store teams to facilitate merchandise movement and resolve delivery inquiries.
  • Order parts for various products and perform other related tasks to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Requirements
  • Experience operating forklifts and other power equipment, such as lifts and order pickers.
  • Proven ability to handle inventory and stocking in a warehouse or retail environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds daily without assistance.
  • Basic arithmetic skills, including addition and subtraction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, weather conditions, and noise levels.
