Clinical Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Director to join our team at Fraser Health Authority.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage clinical operations, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of quality care and innovation.
- Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with medical staff, other departments, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in healthcare leadership, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning, research methodology, and information systems applications.
Fair salary range: CAD $59.56 - $85.62 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
