Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at JLSQ Construction Services LTD. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set.
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to ensure a precise finish.
- Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, such as trowels and floats.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to complete the concrete structure.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from the elements.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a variety of environments, including commercial and residential construction sites. You will be exposed to dust, heights, cold temperatures, and other hazards associated with construction work.
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
