- Develop a deep understanding of users, personas, and customers' operations to ensure our products meet their needs.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, gathering requirements from stakeholders and monitoring product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value with features that meet customer outcomes and drive growth for our business.
- Stay at the forefront of product development, seeking opportunities to update your knowledge and apply it to improve our products.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in an Agile environment, preferably in workforce management and SaaS domains.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with HCM processes and a track record of delivering enterprise and/or platform solutions in regulated environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Passion for solving complex problems and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Proven record of launching new capabilities on time, with quality and value.
- Excellent time management, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills.
