Woodworking Specialist

At Paradigm Building Solutions Ltd., we're seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our residential construction projects. Your expertise in woodworking, carpentry, and construction will play a crucial role in meeting our clients' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secondary education and at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry. Your ability to read blueprints, prepare layouts, and measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials will be essential to the success of our projects. As a Woodworking Specialist, you'll be responsible for building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring, erecting walls and roof systems, fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware. You'll also supervise other workers, estimate costs and materials, and maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures.
