ATS Automation is seeking a visionary Product Manager to drive the success and profitability of our Services portfolio globally. As a key member of our Global Services team, you will define a compelling vision and roadmap for products and solutions, from conception to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify market opportunities through prospect discussions, customer feedback, and market research, and develop a deep understanding of ATS' services offerings.
  • Own the compilation and communication of the solutions roadmap and lifecycle of our products and offerings.
  • Build credible, data-based business cases for undertaking new product offerings within existing portfolios.
  • Track and manage the profitability of the service-product portfolio, and identify optimizations for cost structure and service delivery to maximize margins.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, and define the offering structure, pricing, major competitors, and value propositions for all competing offerings in our market space.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholder teams at ATS to drive success, including sales, marketing, finance, R&D, engineering, divisional, and regional service teams.
  • Enable and assist with marketing content generation for target markets, segments, and customers, and present a clear value proposition for our products and solutions.
  • Enable and assist in sales training and enablement, and define how-to-sell and execute the offer vision.
  • Become a knowledge-leader and key asset for Sales and Services team members globally, and an inspirational support and driver of our service solutions.
  • Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
  • Additional business degree or leadership certificate is a plus.
  • Minimum five years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, and engineering.
  • Experience with services and service solutions, and a combination of marketing, sales, and engineering experience.
  • Ability to sell to internal customers, and work on cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in key ATS market segments, such as life sciences, food and beverage, automotive, and energy.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Self-starter who is able to demonstrate initiative, and excellent time, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with international partners and marketing in international markets is a plus.
  • An inherent desire to delight customers.
