We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our clinical services and excellence initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting our organization's vision and guiding principles, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for clinical services, including policy development, quality improvement processes, and staff training.
- Provide leadership in the creation and implementation of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion strategies and principles in the organization.
- Collaborate with clinical and program leaders to develop and implement evidence-based treatment and interdisciplinary practices/standards.
- Lead Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure clinical programs meet ministry standards, funder requirements, and service agreements.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of program objectives, action plans, benchmarks, and evaluation procedures that align with the Strategic and Operational Plans of the organization.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a Health Discipline, Social Sciences, Public/Health Administration, Education, or equivalent.
- Regulated Health Care Professional and registration with a Professional College.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience with at least five (5) years in a management level.
- Experience in a community-based environment, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Experience with and strong knowledge of Ontario's legislation applicable to the non-profit and mental health sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of leading, influencing, and executing equity, diversity, and inclusion strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of work plans and operational plans.
- Demonstrated track record of leading and managing organizational change in a clinical and community interdisciplinary setting with a focus on outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to lead and establish positive partnerships with all key stakeholders.
