About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding of new franchise partners, managing grand opening events, and supporting ongoing marketing initiatives for both U.S. and Canadian locations. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful onboarding of new franchise partners.
  • Manage grand opening events, including event logistics and promotions.
  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives, including local store marketing and print production.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align national digital campaigns with local marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of people management experience, including managing cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
