Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Frozen Stocker to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Zoning the department to ensure efficient stock rotation and customer flow.
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain high-quality merchandise.
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors.
  • Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
  • Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  • Maintaining features and keeping the area clean and free of debris.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
