Nurse Practitioner

As a Registered Nurse I, you will play a vital role in coordinating and participating in the delivery of holistic and supportive care to patients. Your responsibilities will include assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, as well as providing health promotion, curative, supportive, rehabilitative, and palliative services.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve safe and effective patient care
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records

• Graduation from an approved school of nursing program
• Current practicing license with the College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador
• Satisfactory record of work performance
