Equipment Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Coordinator to join our team at Brandt in Claresholm, Alberta. This is a full-time opportunity that requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This Equipment Coordinator role is responsible for assisting customers with locating required parts, providing pricing information, and completing online orders. Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving, storing, and shipping parts and materials in a timely manner.
• Locating parts and other materials, and shipping them to customers and other branches as needed.
• Providing support to branch service technicians as required.
• Managing inventory levels, including ordering stock and making adjustments as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet the physical demands of the parts/warehousing trade.
