Job Description for Dining Room Server at Hong Kong Restaurant

We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Room Server to join our team at Hong Kong Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to patrons in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Upsell menu items and recommend specials to increase sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Requirements:
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset.
  • Work Details:
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
