Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

Victoria Professional Business Consulting (VPBC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in achieving its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead and manage senior staff positions, including middle managers and directors, to ensure effective team performance.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Judgement.
  • Organized.
