Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Care Specialist to join our team at Streats Pines Kitchen. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
