Senior Manager, Cloud Platform

Celestica Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Cloud Platform to lead our IT infrastructure team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing our cloud platform, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of IT professionals in the design, delivery, and optimization of our cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement IT operations frameworks and solution lifecycles to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business partners to drive cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive IT operations to leverage standard IT processes and deliver solutions and services that meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 11-14 years of IT experience with consistent progression and at least 5 years of hands-on technology and team leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, database design, and data analysis.
