About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Culinary Production Associate to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will assist our chefs, follow preparation and cooking guidelines, and learn new recipes and menu items.

Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking
  • Learn and master all menu items, recipes, and kitchen procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop knowledge of kitchen equipment and operations
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a culinary qualification test
  • Certificate in food safety and hygiene (MAPAQ)
  • Previous experience in a culinary role is an asset
  • Diploma or certificate in culinary arts is required
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and customer service skills
