Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed three-dimensional (3-D) models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and interpret technical documents and reports to inform design decisions.
  • Assist in the tendering process by reviewing and preparing contracts.
  • Support the supervision of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain accurate working drawings and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with architectural technical staff to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring budgetary compliance.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 32 hours per week. English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
