We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. This individual will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Create and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Staff Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and service.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a culinary management role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
