Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our heavy civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong background in management, negotiation, and communication.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff, establishing effective relationships and ensuring harmonious working environments.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of contract documents, subcontract agreements, drawings, specifications, and addenda.
  • Plan and review site construction programs, including quality control procedures, safety measures, environmental protocols, staging plans, equipment allocation, and labor resources.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and own forces to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct inspections and monitor activities of field engineers, coordinators, and inspection agencies as needed.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and public representatives.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of related work experience in construction supervision, preferably in heavy civil construction.
  • Proven skills in management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and administrative procedures.
  • Basic math, accounting, and finance skills.
  • Bilingualism (an asset), but proficiency in English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.

Compensation Package
  • Competitive annual salary range: $90,000 - $110,000.
