The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and successful operation of our Workday system, managing all Human Resources functions within Workday, as well as the overall security administration of Workday.
This position has responsibility to oversee ongoing maintenance activities of Workday, manage change initiatives to ensure successful implementation, and provide vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for optimizing Workday to meet current and future business needs.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing accurate and timely HRIS updates and modifications of all HR related modules, including research to determine and implement best practices that support changes or modifications.
The HRIS Manager will work collaboratively with the Finance System team and Project Management Office team to ensure Workday functionality is optimized for all departments.
