  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
