Job Overview
The Widgets Squad is on a mission to revolutionize how our partners engage their users. We create dynamic, high-impact widgets and tools that seamlessly integrate into websites and social networks, enhancing user experiences and making them unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Widgets library products.
- Perform research, including user research, technology assessment, and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Gather and synthesize user requirements from research and internal stakeholders (internal product teams, engineers, business teams, marketing, finance, etc.).
- Collaborate in Go-to-market activities with Product Marketing.
- Produce post-launch analysis and product performance reports.
- Establish a strategic roadmap in collaboration with the Widgets squad, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills to drive product development projects from concept to launch, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Expected to be asking questions, listening, driving team alignment, and influencing without authority across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, preferably with experience building widgets and embeddable products integrating geographical data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, self-starter, and capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Capability to react fast to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills, through both quantitative & qualitative analysis. You use data to make decisions and are comfortable gathering it yourself or working with others to gather it.
