The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Web Development Leader to spearhead our web team, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and CIO to translate business needs into cutting-edge technical solutions. This role is critical to designing, developing, and implementing our centralized web platform, utilizing best practices in web development and architecture.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CIO to design the web platform's architecture.
  • Translate operational and commercial needs into efficient technical solutions with internal teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the web development team.
  • Develop robust back-end applications ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security, while delivering a smooth user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize our systems.
  • Plan roadmaps, coordinate sprints, and manage the backlog using agile methodologies.
  • Evaluate code quality, ensuring thorough testing and code reviews are performed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years of web development experience, including at least 2 years as a lead developer or tech lead.
  • Strong understanding of back-end technologies and good knowledge of front-end technologies (Javascript/Typescript, Node.js, Next.js, Express).
  • Experience in designing and developing full-stack cloud applications.
  • Innovative thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Pragmatism and a long-term vision for the company's growth.
  • A high level of self-motivation and a desire for continuous improvement.
Salary Range

Our salary range for this position is between $120,000-$180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
