As a key member of our educational staff, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting students in a classroom setting, while also providing guidance and mentorship to our teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support students in a classroom setting, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to teaching staff, promoting best practices in student support and education
  • Develop and implement educational programs and activities that promote student engagement and academic success
  • Collaborate with other educational staff to develop and implement policies and procedures that support student well-being and academic achievement
  • Monitor and report on student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness and developing strategies to support student success

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience supervising and working with children or youth
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree, a diploma in a field related to youth, education, social work, recreation, or more than ten (10) years supervising students in school settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to student-centered education
