About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, ensuring our outdoor spaces are always looking their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Direct Grounds Maintenance: Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-manicured and visually appealing.
  • Estimate Labour and Materials: Conduct thorough estimates to determine the necessary resources required for various landscaping projects.
  • Supervise Landscaping Construction Work: Oversee the planning, management, and execution of landscaping construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Tender and Administer Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and contractors to ensure the best possible outcomes for our company.
  • Requisition Materials and Equipment: Source and procure the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies required for landscaping projects.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week in an outdoor environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
