Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Doje Care Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Personal Support Worker will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide support with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Assist clients with medication administration and monitoring
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and feeding
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent experience
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Environment:

Our clients live in a variety of settings, including private homes and group homes. The Personal Support Worker will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients with varying needs and abilities.
