• Develop and implement category plans that align with corporate strategies and objectives
• Lead a team of category managers to achieve sales, market share, and profit targets
• Collaborate with vendors to maximize sales and profit opportunities
• Manage P&L statements and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth
• Develop and communicate merchandising direction for each retail format
• Provide on-the-job training and development opportunities for colleagues

• Proven experience in category management and leadership
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Ability to develop short and long-term plans in line with corporate strategies
