Job Title: Children's Guardian

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Children's Guardian at Cathy Vidad. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a well-stocked pantry and fridge
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens to keep the household tidy
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to ensure the children's dietary needs are met
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
  • Help children with homework and provide support with their educational needs
  • Cook meals for the family
Requirements:
  • Efficient interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with the family
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to maintain records and communicate with the family
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing household needs
  • Initiative to take on responsibilities and tasks
  • Organized to maintain a tidy and safe household
