About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at WETASKIWIN STORAGE. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and provide change as needed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Stand for Extended Periods: Stand for long periods of time to perform duties and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Will Train: We will provide on-the-job training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
  • Permanent Employment: This is a permanent full-time position with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English is the primary language of work, but we welcome applicants who are fluent in other languages.
