About the Role

Rise People is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our business applications by designing and programming systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Frontend Development: Collaborate to implement interactive and visually appealing models within Angular applications, ensuring seamless integration and user engagement.
  2. Backend Development: Develop new systems, applications, and reports to streamline business processes across departments such as sales automation, engineering, manufacturing, and finance.
  3. Business Process Optimization: Understand and map out business processes across various departments to create tools that optimize their efficiency.
  4. System Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and upgrade technology systems within your area of responsibility, ensuring quality assurance, troubleshooting user issues, and implementing necessary upgrades and modifications.
  5. Reporting and Analytics: Design and maintain web-based dashboards and reports to support Continuous Improvement initiatives within the organization.
  6. Data Processing: Provide support for data processing tasks including data cleaning, enrichment, and entry.
  7. User Report Programs: Write and maintain user report programs tailored to internal customer needs.
Requirements
  1. Strong Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes is essential.
  2. Technical Skills: Familiarity with information system, database, and web design principles.
  3. Programming Experience: Experience working with various programming languages.
Education and Experience
  1. Degree in Computer Science: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. Software Development Experience: Five (5)+ years of experience in software analysis, design, and development, including one year of lead or supervisory experience.
  3. Programming Proficiency: Proficiency in programming is a must, particularly with Angular, C#, the.NET framework, and SQL.
  4. Additional Experience: Experience working with is advantageous.
