About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Windsor Endodontics. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Windows and Walls: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Security and Safety
  • Criminal Record Check: A criminal record check is required for this position.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Cultural Competency Training: We provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
Support for Indigenous People
  • Mentorship and Coaching: We offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
