Job Title: Personal Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Provider to join our team at Adrian Grice. As a Personal Care Provider, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and nutrition, ensuring they receive a balanced diet.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition, ensuring timely interventions and referrals as needed.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
