We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. You will work closely with the TGI management team to develop and execute the strategic plan and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Skills:
  • Lead generation and sales expertise.
  • Stages of sales, closing, and procuring new business in B2B settings.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and represent client needs and requirements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or account management.
  • A degree in business or equivalent industry experience.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of creditor and group insurance is an asset.
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
