Job Title: Cashier Receptionist

At River Park Gardens, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process cash transactions, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash handling, banking, and accounting procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling, staff relief, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a cash handling and administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic accounting skills and knowledge of financial coding systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs and work in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP, ESP, and HIPPO experience.
  • Typing speed of 40-45 words per minute with less than 5% error rate.
  • Adding machine skills with less than 2% error rate.
